Three seasoned musicians armed with their own disciplines and traditions, entered Media Cube Studios one Spring day. They had no prepared materials at all but instead challenged each other to create spontaneous music together. They pushed to see how far they could take the music beyond the edge of the safe and familiar. The result of that session is a sprawling exploration of free jazz, world music, meditation, and atonal music, all played on acoustic instruments. At times it is beautiful, at other times it is jarring but through the entire listening experience the music flows into a unified, organic listening experience.
